Return and Refund Policy

If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you will not be able to get a refund for your item, but you will be replaced with the correct file.
All Services are subject to a service contract of a minimum of six months.
In case of termination of the contract, the client will pay 50% of the rest of the fees, charges or potential expenses to be incurred during the rest of the contract period.
Refunds
We at Relatones commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in-stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Relatones is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency, and quality customer care:

  • Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made – online.
  • We DO NOT encourage exchanges of our products.
  • We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers.

  • Any additional services requested by the client outside the scope of the original agreement will be subject to additional fees and agreed upon in writing.
  • Relatones shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the client arising from the provision of the services.
Digital Transformation Consulting
  • Relatones provides digital transformation consulting services to businesses.
  • The scope of the services provided and the fees for such services will be agreed upon in writing between Relatones and the client.
  • Relatones will use its best efforts to ensure that the services are provided in a timely and professional manner.
  • Any additional services requested by the client outside the scope of the original agreement will be subject to additional fees and agreed upon in writing.
  • Relatones shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the client arising from the provision of the services.
Remote Work Transition Consulting
  • Relatones provides remote work transition consulting services to businesses.
  • The scope of the services provided and the fees for such services will be agreed upon in writing between Relatones and the client.
  • Relatones will use its best efforts to ensure that the services are provided in a timely and professional manner.
  • Any additional services requested by the client outside the scope of the original agreement will be subject to additional fees and agreed upon in writing.
  • Relatones shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the client arising from the provision of the services.
Training Solutions & Expertise
  • Relatones provides training solutions and expertise to businesses for learning and development, digital transformation, legal and compliance, skill development, technical training, and any other related training services.
  • The scope of the services provided and the fees for such services will be agreed upon in writing between Relatones and the client.
  • Relatones will use its best efforts to ensure that the services are provided in a timely and professional manner.
  • Any additional services requested by the client outside the scope of the original agreement will be subject to additional fees and agreed upon in writing.
  • Relatones shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the client arising from the provision of the services.
Marketing and Growth Consulting
  • Relatones provides marketing and growth consulting services to businesses.
  • The scope of the services provided and the fees for such services will be agreed upon in writing between Relatones and the client.
  • Relatones will use its best efforts to ensure that the services are provided in a timely and professional manner.
  • Any additional services requested by the client outside the scope of the original agreement will be subject to additional fees and agreed upon in writing.
  • Relatones shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the client arising from the provision of the services.
Business Process Improvement Consulting
  • Relatones provides business process improvement consulting services to businesses.
  • The scope of the services provided and the fees for such services will be agreed upon in writing between Relatones and the client.
  • Relatones will use its best efforts to ensure that the services are provided in a timely and professional manner.
  • Any additional services requested by the client outside the scope of the original agreement will be subject to additional fees and agreed upon in writing.
  • Relatones shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the client arising from the provision of the services.
Additional Services
Online Presence (Includes services like branding, web design & development, digital marketing, social media marketing)
Content Production (content creation & content marketing)
Any Material, Programs, Learning Modules, Content delivered to the client organizations, the representative of the client organization or an individual doing business with us.
Marketing Revamp (A complete makeover of existing marketing strategy and execution)
Online Presence (Includes services like branding, web design & development, digital marketing, social media marketing)
Content Production (content creation & content marketing)
Marketing Revamp (A complete makeover of existing marketing strategy and execution)
Any other service that is agreed upon between Relatones and the receiver of the services may be an individual, a business, or a representative of a business.
